5 Year Workmanship Warranty

J.G.M. Construction, Inc. hereby warrants the work that has been done to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date at which the job was completed.

J.G.M. Construction, Inc. agrees to repair all leaks or mechanical defects caused by faulty workmanship.

Any and all repairs due to manufacture defects will be repaired in cooperation with the manufacture and J.G.M. Construction, Inc. at the cost of the manufacture.
